The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law to supplement the Law “On Labour Safety” re regulation of penalties application to legal and natural persons who use hired labour.

The bill (Reg. No. 2579) defines the application of penalties to legal and natural persons who, in accordance with the law, use hired labor. In particular, it defines a list of cases that give reasons to penalties application, and authorized persons to consider the case of fines, terms of consideration of such cases and the imposing a fine etc.

According to the Committee members, the bill will stimulate legal and natural persons who use hired labour to create decent and safety working conditions.
